The site is located on land west of Dawley Road (A437) and east of Bolingbroke Way, Stockley Park, Hayes.

 

The Site itself extends to approximately 2.6Ha.

 

The development site is located in a position which is a significant distance from local residents on land which has been left vacant since the development of the A437 Dawley Road.
